In our viewing area, your beloved pet will be gently placed on a soft, raised bed where you and your family can gather, sit together, and hold a heartfelt memorial. We’ll prepare a small tribute space with lit candles, a personalised sign, and a framed photo if provided creating a peaceful, meaningful atmosphere for reflection. To honour this special moment, our angel wing display offers a beautiful backdrop where you’re welcome to take a photo and commemorate your pet’s farewell in a lasting, loving way

Should I see my pet before cremation?
It is a personal choice, and there is no right or wrong answer. Some families find that a quiet moment together helps them accept the loss and leave with a peaceful final memory. Others prefer to remember their pet as they were at home. If you are unsure, our team is happy to talk it through with you, with no pressure either way.
Can I see my dog or cat before cremation?
Yes. Your pet is gently prepared by our team and rests on a soft, raised bed in The Angel Area before you arrive, with candles, a personalised sign and a framed photo if you provide one. A private viewing can be arranged before your pet’s aqua cremation, or after a peaceful euthanasia with us.
How long does a viewing take?
You can book 30 minutes for $150 or 45 minutes for $180. Both include the photo tribute space, exclusive access to The Angel Area, the angel wing backdrop and a keepsake token. Viewings are by appointment, and we will confirm a time that suits your family.
Where is The Angel Area?
Our Townsville facility is at Unit 9/25 Greg Jabs Drive, Garbutt, a few minutes from the city centre. There is on-site parking for two vehicles, and the space is wheelchair accessible. Contact us and we will prepare everything before you arrive.
