One Tree Planted is working in Australia to restore the country’s native forests following our catastrophic bushfires. Efforts are being focused on developing nurseries and planting trees with an army of volunteers and professional crews. With your support, you are contributing to the creation of habitat corridors for native wildlife, enhancing biodiversity and promoting sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices with landowners.

The first project in Australia to achieve premium Gold Standard certification. This high impact reforestation project simultaneously delivers environmental, economic, social and heritage co-benefits. Developing a 200km long green corridor from inland to the coast, reconnecting remnant vegetation with 12 nature reserves across a 50,000km2 area and creating new habitat for native species, supporting biodiversity and removing carbon from the atmosphere.

Species are selected to provide the greatest benefit to the local ecosystem and may include Acacia, Banksia, Eucalyptus, and Melaleuca, depending on the region and its specific restoration goals.

Where are the trees planted?

Your Pet Tree Planting Tribute will be part of a reforestation project in Western Australia or New South Wales, depending on your choice.

Is the tree tagged with my pet’s name?

The trees themselves are not tagged with individual pet names. Instead, the entire forest serves as a collective living tribute, honoring the memory of all the beloved pets whose families have contributed. Your support helps restore and preserve nature, creating a lasting legacy that reflects the love and joy they brought into your life.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes, absolutely! You will receive a personalised certificate as a heartfelt acknowledgment of your contribution to protecting and preserving our planet in honor of your beloved pet.
