Every time you lodge a collection directly on the Vet Portal using your login credentials, the referral is credited to your account , earning you rewards and accumulating credits. You can contact us anytime wether you want to cash up your credits or redeem them towards our products and services

Our partners earn 5 credits for each successful referral, each credit is valued at $1. Accumulated credits can be paid to your nominated account or used towards our services and products.

While the portal isn’t designed for booking complete services, it serves as an easy way for vet staff to request pet collections in real-time. Once a lodgment is made, we handle everything—from contacting your client to understanding their wishes, to managing payment details. This allows your team to focus on providing the best care for pets, without the added responsibility of coordinating aftercare arrangements.  

Unfortunately, the portal doesn’t provide cremation status updates. However, we’re here to help! You can easily request an update over the phone, and our team will be happy to assist you with any information you need.

When you sign up for our referral program and actively promote our services for families in need, you receive the following marketing materials: Brochures & brochure holder, sympathy cards and posters. And also the following consumables: Cremation tags, aftercare journal and a tagging procedure label  with best practice procedures.
