Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 2 pm. However, we are available for families 24/7 any day, including Public holidays. Collections after hours service an on public holidays will incur a $100 surcharge.

Once the pet cremation process is complete, we carefully return the ashes to you in the urn of your choice. It’s the perfect way to remember a loved pet.

We provide our gentle aquacremation services with compassion for families in Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Pick-up locations that are over 50 km away will incur a $80 transport fee.

Pets that have passed can bleed or release body fluids that may cause damage or become upsetting to you should they spill in your care. Our compassionate  team will support you during this time collecting your pet and transporting them to and from our Brisbane cremation facility.

We’re here to support you during this time—that’s why we’ve ensured that our booking process is as straightforward as possible.

You can book your service online or over the phone, and in most cases, we only require two hours’ notice from the moment your booking has been placed to taking your beloved pet into our care. To allow you to easily coordinate with other appointments with your vet clinic or a home euthanasia provider, you’re able to book a specific date and time for us to collect your pet. We suggest taking your time to say your goodbyes and recommend that you book our friendly team to collect your pet between 30 minutes and one hour after the euthanasia appointment.

This includes bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, PayPal for instant payment and Zip pay for buy now-pay later interest-free payment. You can also choose to prepay for your pet’s aquacremation service, so when the time comes, all you have to do is call our caring team, and we’ll take care of your next steps.
