Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm. We are also available for families 24/7 any day, including public holidays. Fees apply.
We provide our gentle water cremation Townsville and surrounding areas, covering a 30km ratio from our headquarters in Garbutt.
We are pleased to provide you with a range of payment options. These include bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard and PayPal for instant payment and Zip pay, After Pay, Vet Pay for buy now-pay later. For all payment plans (except Vet Pay) an online booking is necessary so that you can choose the provider of your choice at check out.
We understand this can be a deeply traumatic experience for you and your family, and knowing where to turn may feel overwhelming. We are here to support you and would be honored to assist. Please give us a call, and we will strive to attend your home within two hours or sooner.
In the meantime, we recommend placing your pet indoors on a sheet or towel in a cool, shaded area, with their limbs gently folded close to their body. One of our professional and caring team members will arrive at your home as soon as practicable to assist you in making this difficult transition as smooth as possible.
