The last moments with your beloved pet are precious, and we want you to take the time you need to say goodbye. Then, when you’re ready, we’ll promptly and carefully collect your pet, either from your home or from the care of your vet.

Your pet will be treated respectfully at every step of our process, and so will you. You’ll receive SMS updates that keep you informed and help you feel at ease, knowing your pet is in loving hands.

With your permission, we'll carefully take a small memento from your pet. This may be a paw print, a clip of fur or a feather that will be returned to you as a keepsake as part of your pet cremation package. This process is very gentle, never invasive and always your choice.

Aquacremation is a gentle and natural alternative to flame-based pet cremation. It’s a loving and perfect choice for saying farewell to your beautiful friend. The process uses a gentle stream of water that leaves a fine white ash for you to either keep or scatter.

When the aquacremation process is complete and the ashes and memento of your pet are placed in your chosen urn, your pet’s remains will be returned to your care. Or, if you’d prefer us to scatter the ashes on your behalf, we’d be happy to help. Please talk to us about your wishes today. 

In partnership with environmental organisations, a living memorial tree will be planted to honour your pet’s life. You’ll receive a certificate acknowledging the beautiful way you chose to say goodbye to your pet and thanking you for playing a part in protecting our planet.

Your pet’s aquacremation and tree planting tribute certificate will be emailed to you shortly after your precious pet’s remains are personally handed to you.
